I was involved in an accident at work and then had to fight for compensation as  the injury I suffered left me unable to continue to do my job, initially unable to work at all.

I had become very depressed due to being unable to work and was stuck at home all day and heavily relying on my family for my every day needs. Reasonable Adjustment were extremely helpful in the lifting of my depression by encouraging me to look at new career choices and advising me on work experience to broaden my future choice of work. In addition to this they arranged physiotherapy and pain therapy treatment.

My solicitor required expert witness reports to support my compensation claim and Ray Barry organised these, he arranged for a builder, a stair lift engineer and an occupational therapist to visit my home for assessment and he also spoke with the council planning department. This concluded that my present home could not accommodate the changes needed, so moving home was the only option. Ray also arranged psychometric tests to work out my future employment prospects and calculated future earnings loss based on this.
